The average size of a residential solar system in the U.S. is between 6-8 kilowatts (kW). This typically translates to 15 to 20 solar panels. However, the actual size needed can vary significantly depending on a homeowner's energy consumption, roof characteristics, and local climate
Factors influencing cost:
Number of panels: Larger systems typically cost more to clean due to the increased time and effort required.
Accessibility: Panels that are easy to reach will be less expensive to clean than those on difficult-to-access roofs or higher elevations.
