In charge of maintaining the internal infrastructure and network to include 12 servers hosting many services. While those mile stones were being accomplished, I also headed the desktop support of the company. I was co-managing the Personal Marketing Center (PMC) with the Salesforce CRM integration of the upcoming product.

While I was Systems Administrator, I was promoted to Operations Manager within the first year of employment. While in this position I learned Logistics, Payroll, AP, AR, Federal and State DOT laws, time management, Lean management styles and processes, how to hire and terminate employees effectively. I learned about the oil and gas industry. I was responsible for over 135 employees. He built Customer relations with new and existing customers. Developed and implemented new procedures, processes and policies. Through negotiations with all major Oil and Gas companies increased annual revenue by $3milwith new contracts and revamping SWISS and SOP System / Network Administrator Provided support for Weststar's entire network and all systems. While in the position I implemented a full standalone Wireless IP camera system, found a more efficient way to share information with vendors we work with and help deploy and consult
